It was an absolute pleasure working with Matthew Vos to sell our home in Naples. There are many realtors in SWFL to choose from and we are extremely happy that we chose Matthew. He came to our first meeting fully prepared with an extensive knowledge of SWFL, the current market conditions, inventory and our community. During our meeting he walked through the house with us and gave us great suggestions on how to best showcase our home's features. He has an amazing eye for details! We appreciate that he took the time to listen to our wants/needs and answered all of our questions. He gave a great presentation about his company and marketing strategy. We were sold and he immediately went to work on our listing. He had professional photos taken of our home, including aerial and high tech matterport photos. His description of our house was perfect and he even created special features and floor plan sheets. We were under contract in 3 days for full asking price! His work didn't stop there though. He continued to guide us through the process even showing up at closing. Matthew genuinely cares about his customers and it shows through his professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. On top of it all, he's just a really nice person! We definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Matt is the true definition of a professional! He not only helped us find the property and a homebuilder for our future home but continued to stay abreast of all aspects of the process from lender, title co, insurance etc and today continues to personally keep in touch with our chosen homebuilder on the status of the build eventhough technical his responsibilities ended at closing. I can only recommend that if you want the smoothest transactions whether it be an existing home purchase or finding a piece of property and homebuilder to build you dream home, Matt Vos is the individual you need for your quest. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience in dealing with Matt but what I can say is that throughout this process Matt has become someone that we now consider a personal friend!!

He explained everything to us and used data to back up his presentation. It was so easy to make decisions after looking at the information. Matt worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home for our family! We were relocating from TN and had to do a lot long distance do to work schedules.
