When marketing strategist Larry Kain partnered with elite real estate professional Matthew Vos, they built something Naples had never seen before.

Matthew was already breaking neighborhood sale-price records and earning five-star reviews from every single client. But more importantly, he had built his reputation on one unwavering belief — that every seller deserved the absolute best possible price for their home. Long before he met Larry, Matt was quietly setting a higher bar for what it meant to represent a homeowner.
